Guideline
- Mumineen can do hifz with anyone who has been granted Tahfeez Raza Misal Shareef (valid till 29th Zilhaj 1442H) or has been granted Raza from his/her mauze Amil Saheb.
Ikhtebaar Procedure
- After completing hifz till Surat al-Balad, mumineen can give ikhtebaar to anyone from the below-mentioned categories (Juz Amma and above sanad holders)
- Huffaz ( Aged 17yrs & above )
- Ummal Kiram/ Muavin Ummal/ Masool ul Moze
- Ima e Fatema
- Taqarrur Moallimeen and Moallimaat
- Maqami Moallimeen and Moallimaat
- Muraqebeen
- Aljamea Khidmat guzaar
- Kothar Mubarak
- Mazaraars
- Atabaaliyah
- Mudarrisaat
- Muntasebeen
- Abnaul Jamea Surat/Karachi/Nairobi/Marol/Dirasat Zahabiyah (Aged 17yrs & above)
Issuance of Sanad
- Anyone from the above-mentioned categories can certify Surah al-Balad sanad through their Admin links from www.its52.com (See attached image below)
- After applying for Surah al-Balad sanad, the sanad will immediately reflect in hifz profile on its52.com.

Guideline

Ikhtebaar Procedure
Step 1
Preparation (as per Ikhtebaar Criteria)

- Taqdeem should be done only after the student is ready as per the Ikhtebaar criteria.
Step 2
Registration
- Student should register for online Ikhtebaar on www.elearningquran.com using ITS Id and password.
Step 3
Taqdeem (applying for an online Ikhtebaar)
- Juz Amma sanad holder or higher level sanad holder can do taqdeem of all mumineen for Juz Amma Ikhtebaar.
- Taqdeem of the student can be done from Taqdeem section of the above mentioned sanad holder’s elearningquran account.
- If the student is already tagged to a teacher on elearningquran.com, only his teacher can do his taqdeem from his teacher account on elearningquran.
Step 4
Khidmat raqam
- Khidmat Raqam for the Ikhtebaar is INR 600/-
- Khidmat Raqam for the residents of USA, Australia and UK is $20
- Khidmat Raqam for the residents of Pakistan is PKR 1200/-
Payment options
- Online payment can be done from the student’s elearningquran account.
- Teacher or anyone else can do the payment on the student’s behalf from their elearningquran wallet.
- The student can personally or anyone else on the student’s behalf can deposit the amount in cash to Mahad al-Zahra’s accountant.
Step 5
Ikhtebaar Booking Process
- After the taqdeem is approved, student will receive an email informing him/her to select Ikhtebaar date and time.
- Student can login to elearningquran account and book Ikhtebaar from the Book Ikhtebaar section on the home page.
- After completing the payment process, student will have to update the following details before booking Ikhtebaar:

- Skype ID
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Student can select an available date and time for the Ikhtebaar.
- Student will be allowed to modify Ikhtebaar date and time after booking an Ikhtebaar.
- If the Ikhtebaar date is not selected within 3 months of taqdeem, the ikhtebaar taqdeem will be cancelled.
Step 6
Online Ikhtebaar
- Good quality headset with a microphone, webcam and a stable internet connection should be arranged prior to the Ikhtebaar.
- Student should arrange a webcam and keep it ON and connected 5 minutes before the Ikhtebaar time.
- Link to connect with your mukhtabir will get activated 10 mins
before your ikhtebaar time. - You are required to install skype on your mobile or pc and log in
using the skype id you have provided in your profile. Make sure
that the skype id provided there is accurate. - To connect, open your elearning account on the same mobile or pc
and click on the join ikhtebaar link. - Follow the instructions provided on screen to connect to the mukhtabir.
- For support, contact elq_technical through skype
Webcam Settings: Webcam should be set to capture student’s view till waist with the hands resting on the knees as shown in the image below. If in-built webcam does not give a proper and clear view of the student, kindly use an external good quality webcam.
Light Settings: Student should sit facing the source of light so that it illuminates the student’s face. Lights behind the student should be avoided as it produces a glare and student’s face doesn’t get recognized clearly.
Important Note: Student should be alone in the room during Ikhtebaar. If someone is needed for technical support, he should wait outside the room. Teacher will call him if needed.
- Mumenaat beheno should cover their hair and face with a lisam as shown in the image.
- Student should comply with the above given instructions.
- If teacher is not comfortable with the webcam settings, he may postpone the Ikhtebaar to a later date.
- If a student is unable to make an attempt for the Ikhtebaar, due to an internet connection problem, it will still be considered as an attempt.



- Passing marks in hifz are 35 out of 70.
- Passing marks in Ahkaam are 21 out of 30 (15 out of 30 for students above 45 years of age)
- Student will have to achieve passing marks in both hifz and Ahkaam.
- Student will be able to view their result in their elearningquran account in Ikhtebaar > Ikhtebaar History immediately after the Ikhtebaar.
- The result will be emailed to the student and it will also be sent on the ITS App.
- If the student does not score the minimum marks required, he/she would be allowed a second attempt after a minimum of 10 days or as instructed. No additional Ikhtebaar khidmat raqam is required for the second attempt.
Step 7
Tahriri Ikhtebaar
- Mumineen, 13 years and above, are required to give a Tahriri Ikhtebaar (online exam) after passing the Oral Ikhtebaar.
- Eligible student for Tahriri Ikhtebaar will be required to answer a few objective questions in the online Ikhtebaar.

- To appear for Tahriri Ikhtebaar the student should go to the Online Tahriri Examination section on the home page of the elearningquran account. The section will be activated as soon as the Oral Ikhtebaar result is updated on the elearningquran website in the Ikhtebaar section.
- It is advised to refer to Khazaa’in Ma’ani al-Quran al-Fa’iqah for Tahriri Ikhtebaar preparation.
Issuance of Sanad
- Sanad will only be issued after the student clears Tahriri Ikhtebaar.
- Student will be able to view their updated sanad status on ITS52 account. (Log in on www.its52.com then go to on My Details > Profile)

Taqdeem Nihaee Guidelines
Ikhtebaar Criteria
- Student should have memorised the whole Quran and is required to have a sanad of Sanah Salesah.
Taqdeem Nihaee Khidmat Raqam
- Khidmat Raqam for the ikhtebaar is INR 600/-
- Khidmat Raqam for the residents of USA, Australia and UK is $ 20
- Khidmat Raqam for the residents of Pakistan is PKR 1200/-
Payment Options
- Online payment can be done from the student’s elearningquran account.
- Teacher or anyone else can do the payment on the student’s behalf from their elearningquran wallet.
- The student can personally or anyone else on the student’s behalf can deposit the amount in cash to Mahad al-Zahra’s accountant.
Taqdeem Nihaee Booking Process
- After the taqdeem is approved, student will receive an email informing him/her to select Ikhtebaar date and time.
- Student can now log in to elearningquran account and book Ikhtebaar from the Book Ikhtebaar section on the home page.
- Student will be required to complete the payment process and update the following details before booking Ikhtebaar:

- Skype ID
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- After the payment process is complete, the student can select an available date and time for the Ikhtebaar.
- Student will be allowed to modify Ikhtebaar date and time after booking an Ikhtebaar.
- If the Ikhtebaar date is not selected within 3 months of taqdeem, the Ikhtebaar taqdeem will be cancelled.
Taqdeem Nihaee Online Ikhtebaar Instructions
- Good quality headset with a microphone, webcam and a stable internet connection should be arranged prior to the Ikhtebaar.
- Student should arrange a webcam and keep it ON and connected 5 minutes before the Ikhtebaar time.
- Link to connect with your mukhtabir will get activated 10 mins before your ikhtebaar time.
- You are required to install skype on your mobile or pc and log in using the skype id you have provided in your profile. Make sure that the skype id provided there is accurate.
- To connect, open your elearning account on the same mobile or pc and click on the join ikhtebaar link.
- Follow the instructions provided on screen to connect to the mukhtabir.

Webcam Settings: Webcam should be set to capture student’s view till waist with the hands resting on the knees as shown in the image. If in-built webcam does not give a proper and clear view of the student, kindly use an external good quality webcam.
Light Settings: Student should sit facing the source of light so that it illuminates the student’s face. Lights behind the student should be avoided as it produces a glare and student’s face doesn’t get recognized clearly.
Important Note: Student should be alone in the room during Ikhtebaar. If someone is needed for technical support, he should wait outside the room. Teacher will call him if needed.
- Mumenaat beheno should cover their hair and face with a lisam as shown in the image.
- Student should comply with the above given instructions.
- If teacher is not comfortable with the webcam settings, he may request to postpone the Ikhtebaar to a later date.
- If a student is unable to make an attempt for the Ikhtebaar, due to an internet connection problem, it will still be considered as an attempt.



Taqdeem Nihaee Results
- Students securing 6 or less marks (out of 10) in less than 7 ajzaa are required to clear those ajzaa within 2 days.
- Students securing 6 or less marks (out of 10) in more than 7 ajzaa have to attempt the taqdīm ikhtebaar again.
- Student will be able to view their result in their elearningquran account in Ikhtebaar > Ikhtebaar History immediately after the Ikhtebaar.
- The result will be emailed to the student and it will also be sent on the ITS App.
- If the student does not score the minimum marks required, he/she would be allowed a second attempt after a minimum of 10 days or as instructed. No additional Ikhtebaar khidmat raqam is required for the second attempt.
Process for Ikhtebaar Nihaee
- After passing the Taqdeem Nihaee, a link is activated in the student’s account to book a date for Ikhtebaar Nihaee.
- The time for Ikhtebaar Nihaee is informed by Mahad al-Zahra Office, 24-48 hours prior to the Ikhtebaar.

- After Milad Imam al-Zamam AS in Rabi al-Akhar
