Adding a student
Muhaffiz End Procedure
- Muhaffiz will enter ITS of the student from Add students Module in Teacher account.
- Will select class days per week
- Will select class duration in mins
Student End Procedure
Request will be forwarded to the student to give consent for:
- Number of class days
- Duration of class
- Hub Raqam
Hub Raqam shown is as per:
- Number of class days
- Duration of Class
- Student’s Current Sanah
- Student’s Jamat
Student can approve the details or decline and contact the Muhaffiz if any changes required in class duration and number of days.
Admin End
Once consent is given by student, request will be forwarded to Admin for approval.
Student End
Once approved by Admin the Hub Raqam (which was displayed at the time of consent) will be allocated and student will have to pay so that classes can begin.
Muhaffiz End
Muhaffiz can begin classes only after Hub Raqam is paid.
Hub raqam and Muhaffiz Enayat Details
The Hub raqam paid is for one month. The month begins from the day approval is done by Admin.
Muhaffiz will be emailed his/her Enayat details for this session after the end of the session (one month). Enayat to the Muhaffiz will be as per the entries done during the month. Enayat will be granted in Muhaffiz’s Bank Account.
Evaluation
If Holiday (Muhaffiz was on holiday), Uzur is marked, Hub amount of those days will be refunded back in student’s eWallet after the end of the session. Likewise, those days where the Muhaffiz has not done evaluation, hub amount will be refunded after the session.
Monthly Session Extension Procedure
Muhaffiz End
The Muhaffiz will be able to extend the session 5 days prior the End date of the current session.
Student End
Student will have to again give consent of the details filled by the Muhaffiz for the New session.
After giving consent, student should pay hub raqam.
If the Muhaffiz has not extended the session, or if the student has not given consent, or if the student has not paid Hub raqam, the student will be suspended from the Muhaffiz’s account.
