Mahad al-Zahra hosted a “Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Level” workshop in collaboration with the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi. This workshop provided participants with foundational knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology, focusing on process improvement, reducing variability, and minimizing negative impacts on process performance. Participants learned to identify and define specific roles within their teams, ensuring effective implementation of quality management principles.
As a recognized approach to quality management, Lean Six Sigma aims to minimize costs, defects, and waste while promoting continuous improvement and reducing production cycle time.
